Nicole Niedermann, M.Sc.
Senior Project Manager
Nicole Niedermann has a master’s degree in Work and Organisational Psychology and Business Administration from the University of Fribourg. She has worked for the past ten years in the financials services sector and held various positions at Swiss Re in the area of Human Resources. During the last seven years, she developed and implemented a global Diversity & Inclusion strategy and led various programmes in the areas of women’s promotion, unconscious bias, wage equality, and equal opportunities. She is the co-founder of in-house D&I networks and was involved in the launch of Advance Women in Swiss Business. Nicole is now applying her experience and expertise at CCDI by leading company projects, analysing data from HR processes, and developing and expanding CCDI’s range of services.
