Olga Kalogeraki, M.Sc. (Distinction)
Olga Kalogeraki started her professional career as a Human Resource trainee in a television channel in Greece where she was then promoted as Head of HR and subsequently Chief Human Resource Officer. In 2013, she received her M.Sc degree in Human Resource Management from Brunel University of London with distinction, and in 2014 started her PhD studies at the University of St. Gallen. Her research interests focus on executive teams, diversity and leadership effects.
Before joining CCDI, Olga worked as a program manager at CGAM-HSG where she managed several projects and executive programs. In CCDI, Olga currently acts as a research and project consultant, and she has currently gained experience working with a number of large and medium sized corporations.
