Within Switzerland, approximately 60% of the population sees racism as a serious problem. Of the population that has been subject to discrimination, 50% of those respondents say it occurred at work.

With experience combating racism and ethnic discrimination in multiple countries on 5 continents, we combine this knowledge with the latest research to deliver impactful antiracism workshops. Through this one day workshop your team will harness to the tools to enhance performance and mitigate the effects of racism in the workplace.
Through a reverse mentoring programme, BAME junior leaders will be educated on how to become strong mentors who enlighten senior leaders on race and ethnicity. This will enhance the empathy of senior leaders and give them the tools to make more inclusive decisions. Ultimately, all leaders in the programme will develop the bonds to make a stronger organization.
