Logib Workshops

Logib is a proven programme for analysing HR data and is required to participate in benchmarking or pay equity analyses.

In July 2020, wage analyses became mandatory for companies with 100 or more full-time employees. The Confederation provides the “Logib” tool for this purpose, a free, standardised tool that any Swiss company can use. Since it is a “one size fits all” tool, Logib can only partially consider the wage scale of an individual company. With a bit of practice, about a day is required to enter the data into the tool. However, some stumbling blocks are not visible at first glance, and interpreting the data is not always easy. As an official partner of the Confederation, we offer a one-day Logib training workshop, so companies can learn how to use the tool correctly and independently.
