Nina Locher is a Project Manager at the Competence Centre for Diversity & Inclusion. She completed her Master’s degree at the University of St. Gallen in “Management, Organisation and Culture”. She wrote her Master’s thesis on the impact of bias training in the context of women’s career advancement in leadership positions. Nina Locher has already worked in marketing at a publishing house and has experience in HR business partnering in the pharmaceutical industry.
