Ines Hartmann is Co-Director of the Competence Centre for Diversity & Inclusion at the Research Institute for International Management at the University of St.Gallen (FIM-HSG).

As Senior Project Manager, she is responsible for the St.Gallen Diversity Benchmarking. She leads company specific projects on inclusive leadership and Diversity & Inclusion. She teaches D&I and strategic management at universities and other schools and publishes on topics such as diversity management and inclusive organizational culture.

She wrote her doctoral thesis about the topic “Cultural diversity in hospitals – inclusion of employees of different backgrounds”.
