Dr. Regula Dietsche
After the Swiss Matura, Regula was educated and trained as an occupational therapist. At the same time, on a part-time basis, she studied Psychology and Education at the University of Zurich. She worked for 10 years as a management developer in a bank where she built and managed the department for diversity management for several years. Subsequently, she joined the University of St.Gallen and obtained a Master of Advanced Studies in Corporate Innovation Management. In 2011 she started working in partnership with Prof. Dr. Nils Jent, writing her dissertation and assuming the role of Director of the Competence Centre for Diversity and Inclusion at the Research Institute for International Management (FIM-HSG) at the University of St.Gallen.
